		<description>I too use a TLSO (no C for me) to help... I know the 'comfort' feeling it provides well, I find that pressure on our trunk helps a really large amount with that, and this provides that nicely :)
Mine is, unfortunately, not custom (it's an 'off the shelf' model), so not as comfortable/nice/easy to wear for long periods... But it still helps. :)</description>
