Since I started reducing the frequency of sleeping pills intake, I started remembering more of my dreams. I find it frustrating because I often recall the dream well as I just wake up, and tell myself "must remember", and by the time I’m dressed, have completely forgotten the dream! This particular dream was like that, only, I remembered it a couple days later!

I’m facing an interesting Catch-22, where I’m doomed if I do, and doomed if I don’t. I have been using sleeping pills to deal with nightmare issues. But the pills may not be helping as much as I hope.

I’ve been datacapped the last two days and I have another five days to go before I get normal speed back. "Dial up" speed on broadband is the pits. I’ve had a lot of time on my hands now that I haven’t had my number one distraction ( World of Warcraft) and it’s given me the time I didn’t want to think about my BIID. Or at least think about the scenarios I conjure up in my head related to BIID.

In a previous post here, someone mentioned the possibility of physical signals from your body, giving you signs that perhaps you’re not "meant" to be able to walk, and whatnot. On Friday night and this morning, I encountered two instances that really made me wonder if that idea might just be accurate.

As some of you will know by now, I’ve been having a lot of nightmares, or agitated dreams over the last several months. It’s been weeks that I haven’t had a decent night’s sleep unassisted (prescribed sleeping pills). Last night’s dream for some reason made me think of repressed memories, and that made me wonder how it relates to BIID.
