Last night, I dreamed that I was blind. It was a strange dream. It had more to it than the part where I was blind, but that’s the part that is sticking. I was blind, and not paralysed.

My BIID is asymmetric. That seems odd. My self image corresponds to complete paraplegia. Both legs the same. Both sides of my lower torso the same. It seems absurd for there to be laterality. Yet it is so.

Back in July, Sean and I had a little interchange of posting comments in connection with "Bronwyn’s fateful weekend". Sean suggested there that I should talk to my psychotherapist about what has motivated me to do blindsimming. My first reaction was "Yeah right Sean, he’s just going to think I’m a nutcase".
