What do you find most difficult?

Not sure what you mean here:

Physically, it depends really, sometimes the sheer monotony of the routine gets me down, you can’t really hurry or cut corners as a para. If you do your body WILL catch you out.

Emotionally, the problems it causes my loved ones can at times be difficult. I still sometimes find the reactions of others astoundingly insensitive. EXAMPLE: A total stranger without any invitation or preamble asked me whilst in the supermarket checkout line “Can you still have sex?” I still don’t know if it was curiosity or a really inept pick up line
