Are you in pain?

Pain is one of the least appreciated effects of SCI. I am in pain constantly I have pain related directly to the site of the injury and referred or phantom pain which feels as if its in my legs but is really nerve root pain. Some days it feels as if hot sand is being poured down my legs.
