New comment system in place

I have put a new comment system in place, which will hopefully reduce the amount of comment spam that comes through, yet avoid genuine people being caught by a false positive. Please bear with me while we are sorting things out.

Gordo, you just tried it :)
If you see an anti-spam question, you’re getting the new commenting system in place.
Now, I just have to figure out why the latest comments don’t show on the front page ;)

doh, they don’t show because I set this category of posts not to show comments in the recent comments area ;)
