One of my correspondants is having a real hard time lately (you know who you are), and expressed that they were seriously thinking about killing themselves. I hope they won’t. But I can’t say that I could blame them. My cousin killed himself a few years ago, and I understood.

I was watching a TV show last night, one of those "reality" TV shows. It’s a good mindless way to pass the time, and is usualy a fairly decent way to distract myself from BIID. But last night, well, last night surprised me and a 1 second shot of a paraplegic woman sent my mind reeling.
